3.5/5 submitted by IsaGab2 on June 26, 2022, 2:19pm It’s fine. From the amount of buzz around it’s announcement and hate I thought it might be bad, but honestly it’s just very fine. Not amazing or horrible, just decent. It doesn’t really explore the most interesting thing about it’s premise enough (the relationship between Starfire and Mandy), and all other aspects are fine but you can find books that deal with those topics better.

A very fascinating story about Starfire and her daughter submitted by Margaret on July 27, 2023, 4:46pm I’ve always been a fan of the teen titans series, this is a rather fascinating story about teenage love and self discovery. What would happen if Starfire had a daughter and that daughter had to go on a life-changing journey to discover her origins? You get a very interesting story with fascinating art style, beautiful colors, and of course a great moral. It’s basically the story about a mother and a daughter trying to reconnect despite the fact that they’re from different cultures. Mariko Tamaki has always fascinated me with her teenage graphic novel stories and this is no exception. I will check it out if you want to learn more about Starfire and her family situations. Her daughter is a fascinating character too. Check it out you won’t be disappointed.
