predictable, and I'm not sure how I feel about the message
submitted by nemiller on June 27, 2022, 7:43pm
I'm all for people pushing the boundaries of their own comfort zones, but I don't think they should have it forced on them. Some kids really thrive on routine, and find changes really distressing. It's not always as easy as just deciding "ok I'll switch everything up today," especially for a lot of kids on the autism spectrum.
And for a book about how great it is to break from a routine, it was very predictable!
