Better than the other dutch oven cookbook I checked out.

I think what I'd really like is a vegetarian dutch over cookbook. Although I'm not vegetarian per se, so many of the recipes in the books I found---when finally buying a dutch oven last winter, to celebrate finally getting a new/functioning oven---are almost all meat, right when I'm trying to get away from that.
My mom never used a dutch oven, so it's new for me, here when I'm old. Maybe it was too heavy for her to futz with? I'd been thinking perhaps they're hard to clean---a pet peeve for her---but my new Marquette Castings one (with that name in raised letters on the lid [cool]) cleans up really easily, with the slick enamel lining.
But I digress.
