Beautiful, snarky, and educational submitted by KathyD on June 18, 2023, 11:58am I heard about this book, where the author illustrates the national parks and captions them with the one-star reviews posted by visitors. Example: Grand Canyon is just a big hole. Illustrations are beautiful, and accompanied by a one pagish summary of the park, including a gentle mocking of the one-star review. I was pleasantly surprised by the rest summaries of each park, which concisely highlighted history, native groups, and features of each park. Author is clearly a fan of national parks, and would recommend to others who are as well.
