Pump Up the Jams submitted by Meginator on August 21, 2021, 11:28am This album runs the gamut of the entire decade, and I love that fact that it isn’t arranged chronologically, which makes every track a bit of a surprise. With only a few exceptions, these are all major hits that still get radio airplay today, which also makes this a fantastic choice for car karaoke or a road trip (I can personally vouch for its effectiveness on a Summer Game home codes run). The selection is excellent, the organization has a nice flow to it, and the songs themselves have stood the test of time. Just don’t remind me how long ago it was when they first came out.
