Excellent book - great info in layman’s language submitted by 21621031390949 on June 10, 2022, 8:59pm Really excellent book about the science of memory and forgetting, written by a neurology researcher. I listened to the recorded book, which was read/narrated very well by the author. It’s a fascinating book and she does a great job of presenting information clearly in lay terms, as well as providing many illustrative anecdotes.

This author also wrote “Still Alice,” which was an excellent fictional account of a woman with early-onset Alzheimer’s. I highly recommend both books.
