An underappreciated presidency submitted by smgop on June 18, 2022, 8:43pm Mr. Bird does a terrific job of telling the whole story of Jimmy Carter, his life and his presidency. President Carter gets a bad rap for being an ineffective president; Bird explicates the circumstances and crises that President Carter had to face. Well worth the read.
