The Poet is Not a Predator! submitted by Beth Manuel on August 26, 2021, 12:14pm I love the rhythmic poetry of this book! The plot is of a misunderstood wolf who only wants to write poetry and eat pears, not eat the furry inhabitants of the woods. His poetry has a beat-style to it, with spare imagery of the woods' sights and sounds. The illustrations are folksy and delightful. I really enjoyed reading it!
