A Tribute to Street Art submitted by Meginator on August 27, 2022, 5:44pm This book is a tribute to L.A.’s street art scene, featuring artwork from individual artists and crews. Though many of these pieces take their cues from typical graffiti art (and particularly its intricate, exaggerated lettering), the artistic styles and the thematic content are are as varied as the creators themselves, with a lot of surprises and depth. This book offers valuable insight into a realm of modern art that is often ignored but just as legitimate as any other type of artistic expression, and I recommend it for anyone who is interested in visual art.
