A Solid Score submitted by Meginator on August 21, 2021, 9:42am Given that it’s by Hans Zimmer, this soundtrack is obviously good, but I wanted a little more from it. The album has a sense of grandiosity to it, which is fitting for a neon-drenched superhero film, but also pays attention to the film’s quieter and more introspective moments. I just wanted a little more to hold on to, more attention on big hooks and memorable themes and, perhaps, a few musical nods to the 1980s pop culture influences that had such a huge effect on the film itself.
