An ABC book focusing on Country and Inclusivity submitted by Emily Atherton on June 14, 2022, 3:48pm If you're familiar with Lil Nas X, you'll recognize the themes of this book - Country (the music and the lifestyle, very cowboy!), being yourself (fashion and music and ponies!), and love and acceptance for everyone. This book is perfect for kids 2-14, and is NOT adult-aimed like Lil Nas X's music videos - it's about a young boy, his pony, Panini, his supportive family, and his love for country life and style. Everyone is allowed to like C is for Country, and me and my 3-year-old certainly do - she loves the main character's clothes and his pony, Panini. Plus she's working on recognizing all her letters, and as we parents know, having diverse ABC books keep the practice from getting boring!
