After decades in prison, stagecoach robber Bill Miner emerges in 1901 a free man without a place in twentieth-century society. The Sweetest Western Ever Made submitted by KidBlue on July 18, 2023, 12:36pm The cinematography and acting and sound of this film is beautiful. There are long shots of scenery and of characters, and the lack of action for action's sake is touching. The music by the Chieftains is perfect. Richard Farnsworth gives a wonderful performance of the gentleman bandit. A wonderful, mature and delightful motion picture.
