COMMUNITY REVIEWS
Go to Wikipedia and learn the DOZENS of major historical inaccuracies of this entertaining series.
submitted by Tassos on November 9, 2023, 10:45am
Most people will enjoy this series, and will also believe that the fairy tales portrayed were actual historical events.
While it is enjoyable, it is also full of lies, events that never happened, and, above all, despicable character assassinations of public figures like Maggie Thatcher and Prince Philip.
IF you just look for some interesting viewing, and could care less about Historical Accuracy,
If you don;t mind watching fairy tales that never happened as they are shown,
If you don' t mind some major characters (such as Prince Philip) are all UNFAIRLY portrayed,
some (like the Queen and DIana) more flattering than they should be
and others (Charles, the Great Maggie Thatcher and esp. Philip) being assassinated with lies and fairy tales,
then you should be OK.
