Combines the best of Steve Carell and Jon Stewart submitted by valjean on June 15, 2021, 4:43pm This has all the emotional gut-punch from being presented with the absurd realities we live with, that you expect from Jon Stewart. At the same time, it has the masterful portrayal of a flailing struggling protagonist that you expect from Steve Carell. But, just because you may know the works of these two, doesn't mean you are ready for the unexpected revelations this movie has in store for you. It is very funny and heartfelt, and has an added bonus of the delightful Rose Byrne whose sleazy pundit antics are very cathartic to watch.
