just okay submitted by mtebo on June 23, 2022, 9:35am It seems like everyone who reads this book loves it, but I wasn't very impressed. There's less focus on the mystery and more focus on the love triangle that isn't very compelling. Maybe the second and third books are better, but I won't be reading them.

The "answer" to the puzzle was just a reminder of an old memory for the main character? Not to mention, the 2 male leads seemed to switch personalities halfway through. I wouldn't recommend.

Okay book, want more from the next two submitted by alisonhatch94 on June 15, 2023, 10:38pm I enjoyed the book and read it really fast, the mystery was the most interesting part. I did feel like some of the characters were lacking in personality and the end was a little disappointing. I'm hoping the other two books are more satisfying because I definitely found it interesting, but I need more! It felt like maybe just setup for what's about to happen and not like a complete book with beginning, middle, end. Still really enjoyed and hopeful for the next two!
