COMMUNITY REVIEWS

Grooves for Days submitted by Meginator on August 21, 2021, 8:57am This compilation delivers on the promise in its subtitle: deep grooves and a mix of funk and soul that is incredibly satisfying. Every track finds and settles into a nice groove, and the mix of instrumentals and songs with vocals demonstrates the versatility in what seems like a fairly rigidly defined genre of music. It’s great to hear pop music that incorporates full horn sections, a rarity these days but almost essential to this style of music. This is fantastic music to put on when you want to relax and feel the beat; nothing’s better.
