COMMUNITY REVIEWS
A Hybrid Style submitted by Meginator on July 22, 2021, 9:01pm Stylistically, the songs on this album draw from country, singer-songwriter, and rock traditions, making for an overall sound that is unique to Price but somewhat reminiscent of Stevie Nicks. The songwriting is personal and effective, with catchy choruses and deeper meanings you catch on the second or third listen, and Price’s voice captures the inherent emotion in each song with effortless ease. It’s really a shame that music like this doesn’t get the publicity it deserves, because Margo Price is a wonderful singer-songwriter.
