Rey the Jedi submitted by DL on June 24, 2020, 5:59pm Enjoyed this film in the Star Wars Series. Some questions are answered and connections discovered. Don’t want to give to many details but I love Rey.

Daisy Ridley is a wonderful addition to the series! submitted by yufamily on July 2, 2020, 9:01am A satisfying resolution to the good/evil battles the characters are enduring...

Better than its reputation suggests submitted by APluss on August 16, 2023, 10:01am This movie gets a bad rap, but it's definitely better than people generally say. I'm rewatching it right now and showing it to my kid for the first time. It's a fun story w/ great action and a nice resolution.

Decent conclusion to a rocky reboot submitted by timbresson on August 23, 2023, 5:50pm I appreciate the double entendre of the title for this final film. I think the length over stays it’s welcome but it does at least try to take itself more seriously and grimly than the original trilogy’s conclusion. The growth of character of the cast is what redeems these films. Daisy Ridley pulls off remaining an enjoyable and likable presence throughout while Adam Driver struggles out of his angsty teen persona into an adult making ethical decisions for his own motivations. Anyway if you’ve started the new trilogy, at least this tries to give you some closure unlike whatever the heck that episode viii was.
