Excellent dystopian sci-fi with heart submitted by kkrasity on July 22, 2023, 9:32am This book is a great, underrated example of survivalist climate science fiction with a lovable narrator (although the narration style can be a little difficult to adjust to at first; it reminded me of the speech patterns on the TV series Firefly). The underlying mystery of how the world turned out this way, and how our characters would survive it, kept me coming back until I devoured the entire trilogy in a week.
