Now Meedly, Now Squeedly! submitted by Meginator on June 12, 2021, 12:50pm Dragonforce is just, like, extremely *extra* in everything that they do, but the result here is a hugely entertaining speed metal album that leans into the genre’s tendency toward excess. Why not have six (yes, six) distinct guitar solos on a single track? It’s face-melting, it’s awesome, and the cover of “My Heart Will Go On” totally works. This is unapologetically fun music, embracing and harnessing the speed and energy that make metal distinct.
