Wanted this to be better than it was submitted by Will O on August 26, 2020, 9:42am Bill Camp. One of the best working actors out there.
Anyway. Good movie, a little slow paceed but still an important reminder that corporations will do as much as they're allowed to and the government will stand aside as long as they get a cut.
Mark Ruffalo as always delivers a strong performance and it was nice to see Bill Pullman again, wish Anne Hathaway was given a bit more to do but she was relegated to the wife role even though she got one or two scenes to shine I would have liked a bit more about her life or something to make it more personal as it felt like it just kept repeating the same beats over and over. Maybe that was the point, to show the daily grind and nothing happening but I also think a different filmmaker could have still made that more interesting and the back half was not as good as the first because of the repetitive nature if the storytelling.

Unsettling and informative submitted by pamelawright on June 12, 2021, 11:37am This was a good movie to watch with the family using clearplay.

A Story that Needs to Be Heard submitted by llee on January 12, 2022, 6:42pm +1 for the little guy but in no way have we won in the fight against companies that continue to dump hazardous waste globally in unsafe conditions. This is a multi-million dollar business.

As a feature film, it could've been been better, in respect to the production in making of the film. Great casting but felt the film didn't do them all justice to their acting abilities. As a narrative film, based on a true story with some documentary-like parts to it, it was great! Very informative film and emotionally moving to hear what people had endured and were willing to turn a blind eye to, and how many were not up to taking on a company like DuPont, even the attorneys.

Kudos to Rob Bilott for taking on this case and seeing it through and not nearly enough justice served. We are all exposed to toxins every day. How many are actually willing to take on this fight for the health of our society and future generations?

Another corporation without basic human decency submitted by pmysore on July 24, 2022, 11:15am Great acting and a great although overwhelming story - with happy ending. A large company knowingly uses war technology to destroy the lives of animals, people, and communities to insane amount of profits and a lawyer's fight to expose them. Some disturbing visuals and facts about the company in the story are distressing.

Mark Ruffalo, Tim Robbins, Bill camp and Victor Garber with exceptional performances make this a gripping movie
