Psycho Drama submitted by kencza on August 2, 2020, 12:01am This one surprised me. I think I expected something closer to a standard drama than a tale of madness and horror. Willem Dafoe and Robert Pattinson were very good at blowing the doors off a rock island lighthouse with their humor, anger, and craziness.

Three stars is too mean and four stars is too generous so this one must remain starless.
Interesting film. It looks good, the acting is good but ultimately there’s no “there” there. Heavy-handed mythologizing meets film school surrealism.
