This is a beautiful book with lots of yummy recipes. As a vegan, at first I was turned off by the meat and dairy in the recipes. But I found some good sauce recipes I can adapt and try. And even the rest of the recipes, you can sub the protein to your liking. I love making/eating bowls, but am usually sauce challenged and get bored with them.
Def a good book if you want to live that bowl life!
