COMMUNITY REVIEWS

Doesn't make any sense but looks nice submitted by kylenick on June 23, 2020, 12:46pm This movie is bad; the plot involves an oddly robotic man who crosses the solar system to find his father and save the Earth. This movie is kinda like Apocalypse Now or Heart of Darkness meets 2001 but nothing really makes sense. The main character has to travel to Mars to send a message to Neptune, rather than sending the message from Earth. Space travel seems to take anywhere from hours to weeks, certainly not years. There are numerous other examples that I won't get into either.

The only thing that recommends this movie is the visuals; space and spacecraft look amazing. Other than that, the movie is overly long and doesn't make any sense.

Ad Astra submitted by SBNB on July 7, 2021, 1:35pm Boring movie. I did not like Brad Pitt in this role at all. I thought it would be something like The Martian, but it's nothing like it at all. Boring boring boring.
