brush one tooth submitted by edwardvielmetti on June 27, 2020, 2:53pm BJ Fogg has a well thought out and meticulously researched book on how to make small changes to habits that generate long-lasting impacts.

Tiny Habits submitted by rgened on April 3, 2022, 12:37pm Start small and build from there. I highly recommend it.

Eye Opening submitted by kaymbre on June 10, 2023, 12:32am I picked up this book on a whim not long ago. So glad I did. The author helped me understand why I could never make habits stick, no matter how badly I wanted them to. Using the techniques in the book, I've already started "engineering" my habits to get the results I want out of my day. I've seen benefits with my children, my health, and my business. Can't say enough good things about this book.
