Worth a look submitted by kimberlina on July 20, 2022, 11:46am Dr. Greger certainly seems to have done his research! The premise of the book (whole plant/whole food eating) seems legitimate. He offers many examples of what to do to feel better and eat healthier. The accompanying How Not to Die Cookbook offers many easy to prepare recipes made from ingredients that are readily available. He states any profits from sales of his books goes to Charity. Seems open, honest and like he really has humankind’s best interest in mind
