"Thousands of South Korean children were adopted around the world in the 1970s and 1980s. More than nine thousand found their new home in Sweden, including the cartoonist Lisa Wool-Rim Sjöblom, who was adopted when she was two years old. Beautifully written submitted by czadams on August 28, 2022, 10:22am As an adoptee, I loved this book. I loved the graphic novel approach. I liked that it allowed for deep conversation about identity, but also made it sort of light too.
