COMMUNITY REVIEWS

Not bad submitted by majean on July 19, 2020, 7:51pm I haven't read the book, so only going off the show here. I liked it. I don't think it was particularly original or amazing, but the characters and plot kept me engaged.

Well Translated submitted by caburr47 on July 17, 2021, 8:56pm I watched the first season before reading the book. Having since read the book this season was remarkable faithful as an interpretation, but went further into depth in the parts of the antagonists. Worth a binge.

A mash up of all that's awful submitted by KimB on July 19, 2022, 1:13am I watched this entire season, and part of the next, because Alex Kingston is in it. She's not in it much and it's totally not worth it. It's like that sparkly vampire story, but at least these characters are adults (not teenagers). (That's the only good thing I can say about it.) It's like the director kept asking them to look MORE INTENSE, and it's painful how hard everyone is trying. It's a bunch of wide shots and intense stares and little else (including the story. You've heard it before.).
