Reinventing the Teen Graduation Dramedy submitted by Meginator on June 24, 2020, 7:33pm This reinvention of the teenage graduation comedy is amazing, from the script to the performances, which together brilliantly capture that pivotal period of self-discovery that comes between high school and adulthood. The characters feel refreshingly real, as if they exist beyond the scope of the film; their foundations may lie in classic archetypes, but the whole point is that these teenagers are all three-dimensional, unique people. This film is laugh-out-loud hilarious without resorting to cheap shots, and its heart-wrenching moments evoke genuine emotion. Nailing all of its marks while bringing a new tone and depth to a well-established genre, Booksmart is absolutely brilliant.

I am so sick and tired of lame teen movies. WHy don't they restrict them in a kids section? NOT FOR ADULTS. submitted by Tassos on March 12, 2023, 6:21pm This is another example of a R-15 movie. Nobody over 15 should waste their time watching this silly garbage.
