Delightful submitted by KathyD on August 25, 2019, 5:16pm This final (sob) novel in the Parasol Protectorate was just delightful. If somehow you have missed the Finishing School series and the novella Poison or Protect, read those first to particularly enjoy all of the recurring characters who make an appearance. I enjoyed Percy much more in this book than the previous ones.

Percy is not my favorite character but I really enjoy Arsenic. The floating city is really cool too, and as always the plot is fast-paced and full of both fun and danger!
