Lousy War Movie

I wasn't expecting "Air Strike" to be good, but I wasn't expecting to be this bad. I watched the dubbed into English US DVD release version.
Famous names are in the film for a minute or so. Less than five minutes for most. Bruce Willis is in the film longer.
There's a five hour version rumored to exist, but the US DVD is 97 minutes.
The scenes don't fit together in a narrative sense.
The acting is lousy.
The music/sound effects are poor.
This is a Chinese propaganda film about WWII.
The budget is said to have been $65 million.
