pigeon goes to school submitted by VanCancue on August 18, 2020, 10:17am The pigeon with a hilarious attitude tries to convince the reader that school is not the right place for him. while on this journey pigeon realizes that he doesn't know enough and soon through the process of speculation discovers school is the exact perfect setting that he had imagined but yet he feels anxious as to whether he would fit in.

this book is good submitted by mdendrin on June 26, 2021, 7:42pm I really like this book because the pigeon does not want to go to school, but at the end, when he finds out he takes a school bus to school, he really wants to go to school. It's really funny.

Got a reluctant to go to school kiddo! submitted by cdeucher on June 27, 2023, 6:28pm How does Mo Willems do it? Every.time. In this one, Pigeon tries to convince the reader that school - well it's simply not for him. For so many reasons - like he already knows everything, it starts in the morning and mornings are not really for him, and what if the teacher doesn't like Pigeons. But what turns the tide - there's a bus! This is the perfect book to talk about school and all the attendant anxieties of going to that place. You'll love it, your kiddo will love it!
