funny and heart-warming submitted by yufamily on August 4, 2019, 9:07pm Hello First Mister!

Long Shot submitted by lstorc on August 5, 2019, 12:15am Long Shot is a delightful romcom. Some parts are a bit crude for my taste, but they are easily overlooked.

Love it! submitted by bookher on July 2, 2020, 7:11pm I did not really expect to like this movie and assumed it was the standard stupid romcom but wow, how refreshing to see a smart romcom with adorable seth rogan and a great ending. Loved it so much I watched it twice which I rarely do.

Better Than I Expected! submitted by Meginator on August 23, 2020, 6:43pm Structurally, this film follows a standard romcom story arc, but its intelligent humor and excellent acting performances set it apart from its peers. Charlize Theron and Seth Rogen have natural odd-couple chemistry that fuels the story, and the script has its fair share of zingers aimed at the current political climate. I found the opening scene a little rough, and it took me a while to warm up to Rogen’s character, but I’m glad I stuck with it. This film tackles a serious subject with good humor without cheapening women’s struggles, and it’s a perfectly good rom-com too.
