COMMUNITY REVIEWS
Keeps Getting Better submitted by Meginator on July 31, 2019, 9:30pm Sara Bareilles is as incredible as always here, with powerful (and empowering) lyrics layered over clever piano-based pop music. Musically, the vibe is less top-40 and more chill, incorporating influences from folk, indie rock, and jazz on top of its core pop sensibility. The lyrics are personal and emotionally resonant, more complex but more effective as a result. I love hearing artists evolve over time, and Sara Bareilles only keeps getting better.
Okay submitted by caburr47 on August 17, 2019, 10:36pm I am a massive fan, but this is my least favorite Sara Bareilles album.
Best One Yet submitted by Gabriela Valderrama on September 2, 2020, 2:35pm I've been a listener of Sara's since her first single and she somehow keeps getting better! This record is more passionate, emotional, and heartfelt than her past records and its message is so needed in the world right now. The different genres showcased in the music only add to the complexity. A must-listen!
