My favorite cookbook submitted by sbanas01 on June 19, 2022, 10:53pm This is a must have for anyone in a CSA. Arranged by veggie, it covers every vegetable we've received through our Tantre CSA: from multiple varieties of cabbage (bok choy, savoy, napa), kohlrabi, turnips, multiple chapters on greens (foraged, hearty, chard, lettuce/leafy, spinach), and a wide range of winter and summer squashes. Today I even looked up to try something new with garlic scapes (there's a great-looking recipe for chicken/garlic scape stir fry). It is an equal balance of vegetarian and meat-accompanied dishes (not too many vegan, though). It has nutrition info all in one place at the end (which is super helpful for Weight Watchers). Check this out from the library, but then prepare to buy a copy so that you are able to write notes in the margins! Honestly, it's fantastic!
