Restaurant Cooking at Home submitted by Meginator on August 31, 2019, 6:31pm This cookbook takes traditional restaurant staples and transforms them into healthier home-cooked versions, though Koch’s main trick seems to be to use reduced-fat cheese and other low-fat, low-sugar ingredients. This feels a bit like cheating, but the recipes we tried are definitely delicious when made with non-light ingredients and probably healthier than their restaurant counterparts anyway. Technical quibbles aside, this is a very accessible cookbook for anyone looking to eat out less without sacrificing restaurant foods they love.
