I wanted Mulder & Scully to walk in with the finest of mid-century clothing on, smoking and pouting, but alas, nope. Other than that I really enjoyed the stories and the characters, and hanging out with J. Allen Hynek!

Entertaining submitted by easmith on June 20, 2019, 3:54pm As a fan of Mulder & Scully, I enjoyed this fictionalized look into the "golden era" of UFO sightings. The atmosphere of the show captures the paranoia of the age, and addresses the main concerns of the genre: alien implants, government involvement, shady characters that reveal secrets to the main investigator, and of course investigations into unexplained sightings.

X-Files wanna-be submitted by mellonir on August 5, 2019, 2:52am Right down to the "light's on, but it's still too damn dark" lighting motif, this one tries hard be like X-Files.
Hynek was brought in to investigate the Dexter, Mi UFO sighting and was told to tell everyone it was just "swamp gas".
