With a handy guide to ingredients, cooking methods, and the basic flavor profiles behind what makes meat so tasty, this book is for meat lovers who still want an option that mimics the real thing, and vegetarians who don't want all the additives you get with processed, store-bought mock meats. Plant-based meats – submitted by sara on June 17, 2020, 6:18pm Very labor-intensive recopies that mimic real meat products. More for meat eaters than vegetarians. Why not use the non-meat products to make something tasty that doesn’t look, smell, act like meat?!
