Excellent second book. Couldn't wait to read the third submitted by Susan4Pax -prev. sueij- on June 20, 2022, 9:51pm I’m really loving this trilogy. Second books are often slower, but I thought the action, characters, and storyline continued as tightly as in _City of Brass_. I requested the third book from the library before I got to the half-way point. Chakraborty is an author to keep an eye on.
