Investigative journalist Eddie Brock attempts a comeback following a scandal, but accidentally becomes the host of an alien symbiote that gives him a violent super alter-ego. Objectively Not Great, But More Fun Than Most submitted by paper girl on June 30, 2019, 11:40pm In my book, a movie doesn't have to be good to be entertaining, and "Venom" is just that. Entertaining as all get out. It has laughably bad writing at times, (like, noticeably terrible) but Tom Hardy and the rest of the cast do such a fun job with their respective roles that the movie is not just bearable, but worth the watch. In some ways, I like "Venom" even better than the likes of "Infinity War", etcetera. If you're looking for a goofy, off-beat superhero movie, then "Venom" would be my top pick.

Great anti-hero submitted by Xris on June 11, 2021, 10:51pm Didn't like Michelle Williams' wig. I found the movie amusing, loving the banter between Venom and Eddie, while Eddie teaches Venom what to do and not do. Can't wait for the next movie!
