Okay but basic submitted by dntanzer on August 29, 2019, 7:36am Some solid recipes but surprisingly boring overall. For a specialty cookbook I expected more exciting ideas.
House of Vinegar- submitted by sara on June 17, 2020, 6:28pm I love vinegar, but… I’m vegetarian and this book is full of meat, raw meat, and not at all things I would want to prepare. There are many recipes for making different kinds of vinegar, but I’m too lazy for that.
