One day, Mac (smartest boy in his class in a small town in California) receives a telephone call from the Queen of England, recruiting him to find the crown jewels (well, actually just the Coronation Spoon) and so Mac embarks on his first adventure as a secret agent--with the assurance that the Queen will give him a note excusing him from school.

Ollie’s Review of Mac B. Kid Spy: Mac Undercover submitted by jdronfield on August 30, 2020, 1:18pm First of all, I would give this book a 10 out of 10. Second of all, I would say that one of my favorite characters is the Corgi named Freddie. One of my favorite moments is when Freddie is licking Mac’s ankle (which happens multiple times). One of my favorite chapters is the chapter called “To Rob a Thief.” Another one of my favorite characters is the Queen of England because she is mostly grumpy. Another one of my favorite chapters is probably “Oh and Also.” Finally, another favorite moment is probably the moment when they have to black out a bunch of words in “To Rob a Thief.” I hope you have fun reading this book!
