Love this author/artist! submitted by ccrose on August 26, 2019, 10:06am The covers are very similar of all his books, same font even and he’s been at this a long time. First exposed to Pilkey 20 years ago with Cat Kong! A disclaimer assured children and parents no animals were harmed in making of this book. Plus Pilkey admitted that the cat model for his Art was his own and never behaved like that.

Good for grownups too submitted by bfields on June 16, 2020, 8:02pm I didn't give much thought to the first books in this series, they were just more reading fodder for the kid in the house. But as they've gone on even the adults in the house have found them funny and touching. Is it the books, or are we losing it?
