Best book this year! submitted by glenna on July 8, 2020, 6:33pm I loved the quirky characters, the magical feeling of the small town and the interactions between the characters. This book just sucks you in with wonderful prose.

It Is What It Isn't submitted by James C. Clark on September 1, 2020, 1:42pm Virgil is our Greenstone guide after completing an unusually short trip by auto, air, and water. The author uses him to deftly follow several lines that could be mysteries, but all the cogent discoveries are made by the unforgettable Greenstonians themselves as they wind in and out of a narrative which is its own reward. The prose, worth the price of admission, is so lyrical and descriptive you'll want to clip out passages to paste on the fridge.
