DeadPool 2 submitted by avrogers1 on June 19, 2019, 1:57pm What is there to say about the dead pool movies... Well for starters they are jammed packed action and laughs from start to finish. The cast is amazing! The soundtrack is phenomenonal! I like that it can stand on its own if it had too. Its a great film!

A Worthy Sequel submitted by Meginator on July 24, 2019, 9:33am I loved the first Deadpool film, and this sequel largely offers a similar experience, minus the element of delightful surprise. The plot is slightly convoluted, but it eventually comes together with surprisingly genuine emotional arcs for several of the characters. The action is satisfying (if over-the-top, which is kind of the point) and the strong performances from the cast make all of the ridiculousness just believable enough to work. I do think that the hit-to-miss ratio of the jokes is a little too low, and surely Deadpool's internal motivation could come from anything but an infuriating woman-in-refrigerator moment, but by and large they get it right. The filmmakers clearly understood what made the first Deadpool outing so fun and ably adapted those elements to this new story.

Funny but gory submitted by Beatlesfan04 on June 24, 2022, 3:34pm Funny as usual, and Ryan's acting is hilarious and on-brand. A bit more gory, but it makes sense for the movie. Just not my fav thing to watch on screen. The humor makes it though.
