Not helpful submitted by sara on August 30, 2018, 6:20pm Rather than give tips for dealing with grey hair- the book is mostly testimonials from women who have stopped dying their hair with detailed photos of how their hair looked from month to month as it grew out. There were a couple of tips I could use, but most of the book was unhelpful to me.
