Outstanding Introduction submitted by Meginator on August 31, 2019, 10:52am This book is a perfect introduction to the art of making ice cream and similar frozen desserts, with clear explanations of sometimes complex processes, recipes utilizing a wide range of techniques and styles, and useful information about adapting these recipes to incorporate different flavors or mix-ins. The front matter is particularly illuminating for beginners, and everything we tried from this book turned out really well. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to make ice cream at home, and I plan to add it to my own cookbook collection.
