A Wonderful Film submitted by Meginator on June 25, 2019, 10:19pm This artful film examines the intertwined effects of grief, faith, and sexuality on two women from an insular London Jewish community, crafting a compelling, nuanced portrait of both as they are forced to face the choices they have made. Anchored by outstanding performances by the three leads, the film unfurls slowly but surely, irresistibly compelling yet never quite within reach. You leave with the sense that, no matter how deeply you interrogate it, something still lurks beneath its surface. The effect is mesmerizing, in the best way.

really good movie submitted by bookher on August 3, 2019, 7:48pm I was surprised that I really enjoyed this movie and thought it was very well done. Kept me watching and trying to figure out the ending until the end. Satisfying ending.
