Big and heavy submitted by jamieyang8 on June 17, 2022, 2:00pm This is a book you don't want to carry with you to the park, it's thick and heavy and big. But it's a good read as a pre-visit at home. It has quality drawings, and short text that keeps you captivated.

Educational Book with Cute Illustrations submitted by pjaynes on July 7, 2023, 1:08pm This is a very beautifully illustrated book about the national parks. There is at least a little information about 59 national parks (it doesn't include the most recently named ones). Several parks are highlighted with a two-page spread with information about some of the plants and animals found in that park. It's probably best for older elementary students and above. I think adults will also appreciate the book for the illustrations and information it contains.
