Explores the struggles of 'making it big' in the 1970's L.A. comedy scene. Every night, a group of young, up-and-coming comedians waits their turn to perform at Goldie's, the hottest stand-up club in Hollywood. But first they'll have to win over club owner Goldie, who rules the Sunset Strip with an iron fist. For them, stand-up is a drug and they're willing to sacrifice everything to get their fix.

Easy to Binge submitted by kencza on July 28, 2018, 4:10pm I found this to be funny and at times crude, just like stand up comics. It was full of the human condition, workplace
relations tho' extreme at times. Some expected turn of events some not so expected. The lifestyle of the stand up
comic in the 70's complete with real emotional performances by good cast members is what you get.
